What South Node does in a chart
South Node describes your past-life gifts and comfort zone to grow beyond. Its sign says in what style, and its house says in which part of life.
South Node in Aquarius
Aquarius is a fixed air sign. Air signs think, talk, connect, and need ideas as much as company. Fixed signs hold things. They sit in the middle of each season and like to finish. South Node in Aquarius takes on that style.
The other node
The two lunar nodes are always opposite each other, so a South Node in Aquarius means a North Node in Leo. Your soul's destiny and growth direction this lifetime sits in Leo, and the two are read together as one axis.
What this page cannot tell you
Sign is one of three things that describe a placement. The house South Node falls in and the aspects it makes to the rest of the chart change the reading a great deal. Two people with South Node in Aquarius can live it very differently.
