What Mercury does in a chart
Mercury describes how you think, communicate, and learn. Its sign says in what style, and its house says in which part of life.
Mercury in Aquarius
Aquarius is a fixed air sign. Air signs think, talk, connect, and need ideas as much as company. Fixed signs hold things. They sit in the middle of each season and like to finish. Mercury in Aquarius takes on that style.
What this page cannot tell you
Sign is one of three things that describe a placement. The house Mercury falls in and the aspects it makes to the rest of the chart change the reading a great deal. Two people with Mercury in Aquarius can live it very differently.
