Who you are with the Sun in Aquarius
Your Sun in Aquarius gives you an original, independent, forward-looking nature. You think for yourself, you care about the group and the future, and you are more at ease with ideas than with drama. Being different is not a phase for you.
How it shows up in life
In work you shine where innovation, technology, or a cause is involved, and you need the freedom to do it your way. In love you want a friend and an equal, and you need space without it meaning distance. Your challenge is staying present with feelings, yours and other people's, rather than analyzing them.
Three things that help
Name a feeling before you explain it.
Let people close. Independence and intimacy can share a room.
Give your ideas a deadline, or they stay ideas.
Condition in the sign
Sun is in detriment in Aquarius, opposite the sign it rules. It works here, but against the grain of the sign, and that friction is often where the placement grows most.
What this page cannot tell you
Sign is one of three things that describe a placement. The house Sun falls in and the aspects it makes to the rest of the chart change the reading a great deal. Two people with Sun in Aquarius can live it very differently.
