How you come across with Sagittarius rising
Your Sagittarius Rising is open, upbeat, and restless. You meet the world as an adventure, you say what you think, and you laugh easily. People feel more hopeful around you.
How it shows up in life
In first meetings you come across as friendly, frank, and enthusiastic. In your body you need movement, air, and space, and you feel best outdoors or on the move. Your way into anything new is to jump in and learn as you go.
Three things that help
Check that your honesty lands kindly.
Finish the thing before starting the next.
Move every day. Your body needs the road.
Chart ruler
The Rising sign sets the whole house wheel, and its ruler becomes the chart ruler. With Sagittarius rising, the chart ruler is Jupiter. Where that planet sits by sign and house colours the whole chart.
Why the birth time matters
The Rising sign changes about every two hours, so it needs the birth time. Without it, no honest chart can name the Rising sign or the houses. If you do not know your time, start with your Sun and Moon.
