Gemini

Air and mutable

Gemini is a mutable air sign ruled by Mercury. Air signs think, talk, connect, and need ideas as much as company. Mutable signs change things. They close each season and like to adapt.

Its opposite sign is Sagittarius. Opposite signs share a modality and sit on one axis, so Gemini and Sagittarius tend to be each other's missing half.

The Sun in Gemini

Your Sun in Gemini gives you a curious, quick, talkative nature. You learn fast, you connect ideas and people, and you are rarely without a question or a story. Variety keeps you alive, and you can hold more than one truth at once.

In work you shine where there is communication, movement, and new information. In love you need conversation as much as touch, and a partner who is a friend first. Your challenge is sticking with one thing long enough to see it bloom.

Three things that help

Pick one project a season and finish it completely.

Write things down. Your mind moves faster than your memory.

Listen as long as you talk. You learn twice as much.

Planets at home and away in Gemini

Mercury is at home in Gemini. This is the sign Mercury rules, where it works most like itself.

Jupiter is in detriment in Gemini, opposite its home. It works here, but against the grain of the sign.
